Who We Are

Dr. Conaway started Reata as an ambulatory equine practice in 1978. He had an office on the Northwest Side for many years before he opened a 6,000 square mixed animal practice for dogs, cats and horses in 2024 in Vail. Reata is known for being family-owned and operated. When you walk in our door, you are home.

Who We Are Looking For

As our practice grows, we are continuing to look for Team Members in all areas. Our longest employee has been with Reata for 32 years and counting. Can you beat that record? What we look for most in a team member is someone who has a positive can-do attitude, is detail oriented, wants to grow and develop and someone who enjoys working as part of a team.
