Savanna grew up surrounded by animals and spent much of her early life helping care for a wide variety of species, which fostered a lifelong passion for veterinary medicine. That early exposure laid the groundwork for her hands-on, adaptable approach to patient care.
She is a 2025 graduate of Pima Community College’s Veterinary Technician Program and is currently studying for the VTNE. Savanna completed her clinical hours with Reata - and never left - transitioning seamlessly into her role working in small animal medicine with the team.
Savanna enjoys urgent care and the unpredictability that comes with it. She thrives on not knowing what she’ll see next and values the fast-paced, problem-solving nature of these cases. She also has a special place in her heart for the “special” patients—whether they have one eye, three legs, or a story that makes them uniquely resilient.
